Step 1. (please ensure you select the correct franking machine as this is important for the printing size)

• Enter your company name as it shows on your Royal Mail licence

• Enter your Post Code as it shows on your Royal Mail licence

• Enter your email address to receive confirmation once your logo has been submitted

• Using the drop down box select the machine you have as shown on your Royal Mail licence

• Using the drop down box select ‘Upload image or logo’ or ‘Return address only’

Step 2.

• Click ‘Choose file’ and upload your .jpg or .png logo or image and click ‘Upload’

Design it

Need to add a return address? – Click the ‘add return address’ button, type in your address and click ‘Add’ – position your return address by dragging it and then change the size of the text with the size + and – buttons.

Now size and position your logo or image by dragging it around and grabbing the bottom right hand corner to resize it.

•• IMPORTANT•• MAKE SURE YOU FILL THE WINDOW WITH YOUR DESIGN AS THIS REPRESENTS YOUR FINAL IMAGE SIZE (the envelope below the window is for illustration purposes only.

Once you are happy, click the ‘Preview and continue’ button, you can now adjust the image using the controls provided. Please be aware that your image may be high resolution, the franking machine will only print at 300DPI and you will now see a representation of this.

Final step

Once you are happy, click the ‘Submit image’ button – You will receive an email confirmation with your logo proof from A.Designer.

IMPORTANT: if you are submitting more than one logo you will need to repeat the above process for the additional logos.

Will I be charged for my advert?

• New rental customers receive 3 x FREE logos if ordered within 6 months of receiving the machine

• New NON rental customers receive 1 x FREE logo if ordered within 10 days of receiving the machine

• For logos outside of this criteria please contact us for costs.

Can my advert be altered after submitted?

• Unfortunately not, please read the Advert designer user guide carefully before submitting your logo, however if any amendments are required you will need to resubmit your logo via the advert designer.

How do I know if my advert has submitted?

• You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your logo along with a copy of the logo you designed

When will my advert be sent?

• If you have a mymail, optimail series, ultimail or centormail, your logo card will be sent to you in the post within

3 to 5 working days

• If you have a PostBase or PostBase mini, your logo will be available for you to download within 3 to 5 working days, we will email you when your new logo is ready to download via the franking machine.

Please follow these steps for PostBase and PostBase mini:

·         Ensure your PostBase is connected  to your network via the LAN cable supplied

·         Select MENU (located on your home screen)

·         Now select REMOTE SERVICE

The machine will show as connecting, once finished your new logo/advert will be showing on your home screen within the top 2 squares on the left side of your home screen.

PLEASE NOTE: For new machines, the logo will be automatically installed for you. (assuming the logo has been submitted prior to order) *excluding mymail which is delivered with an advert card for customers to install
